Delete your Viszio Workspace account or data

Viszio Workspace accounts are created by your employer, who controls your work records. Here is how to remove your account and personal data.

If you are an employee

Ask your company's administrator (or owner) to remove you. In the web admin they go to People, Deactivate you, then Erase personal data.
Or email [email protected] from the address your company has for you, with your full name and your company's name or company code. We confirm the request with your employer and make sure it is carried out.

What is deleted: your name, contact details, ID numbers (Ghana Card, SSNIT, TIN), pay details, photo, login, signed-in devices, notification tokens, live-location history and the GPS points of your clock-ins. Your name is also removed from the activity log.

What is kept: work records your employer may need for its books — hours worked, tasks, claims and reports — under the label “Former employee #number”, with nothing that identifies you. Nightly backups that still contain the old data are overwritten within 14 days.

How long: within 30 days of the request, usually much sooner.

You can stop live location sharing yourself at any time in the app: My Profile → Location Sharing. Live positions are deleted automatically after 7 days.

If you own a company account

Download your data first if you want a copy: web admin → Data Export → Download all my data.
Email [email protected] from the owner's email address with your company code, asking us to close the account and delete the data.
We archive the company straight away (staff can no longer sign in) and permanently delete all of its data within 30 days. Backups are overwritten within 14 days after that.
